Samantha Cleveland currently serves as the Resource Coordinator of the Oswego County Intervention Court program, formally known as the Oswego Opioid Intervention Court. With fifteen years of experience, her professional background includes clinical counseling, quality improvement, project management and case management. In 2011, She achieved a Credentialed Alcoholism Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) certification. Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University. She earned an Advanced Certificate in Trauma Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego.
